Cancellation Policy

Our talented therapists are independent contractors who dedicate their time to caring for your team. We highly value their time and schedules. To ensure everything runs smoothly, we kindly ask for at least 24 business hours' notice for any event changes. In the case of cancellations, we request 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within the 48-hour window will incur a fee of 60% of the current invoice.

For events confirmed on short notice, we will do our best to accommodate any necessary adjustments. We appreciate your understanding and consideration in supporting both our therapists and your event needs.
